The Secret To A Healthy and Happy Life

  1. Drink green tea and plenty of water everyday, try to consume less soft drinks.
  2. Eat more fruits and green vegetables for the good of your skin.
  3. Exercise more, at least jogging nearby your house.
  4. Sleep well not sleep more.
  5. Consume less junk foods.
  6. Try not to skip your breakfast. Better to skip dinner than to skip breakfast.
  7. Think positively, talk nicely and act politely.
  8. Keep smiling and be happy. Life is hard, don't make it too hard.
  9. Life is too short to hate others. Respect others and others will respect you.
  10. Let your past be a memory so that it won't spoil your future.
  11. Don't waste your energy and time on gossips, negative and pessimistic thoughts.
  12. Life is fair so don't compare your life to others.
  13. Apologize your mistakes and forgive others mistakes.
  14. Cherish all your friends that you have now. One day you"ll need their help.
  15. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
  16. No matter how bad your life is, it will change. Time heals everything.
  17. Don't care of what people think bad about you.
  18. Don't take yourself so seriously. Give break to enjoy life.
  19. Don't count on how hard your life is but count on how blessed you are.
  20. Beauty is not in the face, beauty is a light in the heart.
