- Drink green tea and plenty of water everyday, try to consume less soft drinks.
- Eat more fruits and green vegetables for the good of your skin.
- Exercise more, at least jogging nearby your house.
- Sleep well not sleep more.
- Consume less junk foods.
- Try not to skip your breakfast. Better to skip dinner than to skip breakfast.
- Think positively, talk nicely and act politely.
- Keep smiling and be happy. Life is hard, don't make it too hard.
- Life is too short to hate others. Respect others and others will respect you.
- Let your past be a memory so that it won't spoil your future.
- Don't waste your energy and time on gossips, negative and pessimistic thoughts.
- Life is fair so don't compare your life to others.
- Apologize your mistakes and forgive others mistakes.
- Cherish all your friends that you have now. One day you"ll need their help.
- Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
- No matter how bad your life is, it will change. Time heals everything.
- Don't care of what people think bad about you.
- Don't take yourself so seriously. Give break to enjoy life.
- Don't count on how hard your life is but count on how blessed you are.
- Beauty is not in the face, beauty is a light in the heart.
