What You Think, Not How You Feel

Yes!! It's weekend againnn :)
Glad to have another weekend again, feel really blessed that I still can enjoy a new day again..
I will try to discipline myself to write blog every single day as we can change the world by disciplining ourselves first. Like what Theodore Roosevelt said "With self-discipline, most anything is possible."
Today I woke up quite early as I have an early morning appointment with my financial planner to settle some premium stuff before I busy with my other activities. Let me share with you all little bit about self-discipline.
Self-discipline involving action according to what you think to achieve something instead of how you feel at that moment. You may have to sacrifice your pleasure, time or hobbies. Let me give you a simple example, if you want to have a great body shape or maybe want to lose some weights, you have to exercise everyday and maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating proper food. If you dont have self-discipline to go to the gym or go for jogging in the morning by sacrificing your sleeping time, you wont have a body like a model or you cant even lose any weights. It's as simple as it is :)

Let us together change the world. Start for ourselves first :)
